50/100 Trials              After line up is complete, send Event Form to Recorder (use Runner)
Need someone at the 100 Start for “control” while the 50s are being lined up at mid-track.

 

1200/1600                   Group start; no heats.  Helper should be lining up - head on down to Cone Area after turning SG-100's over to Starter

 

50/100 Finals              Meet Coordinator will return forms after seeding the finals

 

400                              Helper should be lining up - head on down to Cone Area

                                    after turning SG-100's over to Starter

 

800                              Group start; no heats - make sure Guide "spreads out" the runners

 

Relays                         Don’t wait for heat to finish before sending out next heat; all the #1 runners can take their place on the track except for the 1^st lane.

 

200                              After line up is complete, send Event Form to Recorder (use Runner) Marshal JB’s by 200 start on the grass; other groups can be lined up on the track
